@mickwhughes@ForelliFlorian@mickwhughes but not the last 20degrees of extension and not if they have an effusion!! Respect the PFJ postoperatively please ๐๐
@mickwhughes Yes but supervised and after 3 months depending on state of PFJ articular cartilage. My most unhappy patients post op are those with unhappy PFJ!! Do you agree?
@mickwhughes Mick @mickwhughes officially itโs known as โthe swipe testโ but doesnโt matter as long as you use it to assess for a quiet knee ๐
@kcrehabguy@mickwhughes@doclsmack Agree. A better RSI score indicates "able" to return to play, but is it a "successful" return to play? Beware the second injury.
@mickwhughes@mickwhughes the pool is great to feel cool and get moving, but only after the wounds are healed. Also, donโt slip and pull your HT or stuff up the good work you do out of the pool. We are land animals NOT fish!! ๐
@henryknee Itโs a sensible comment @henryknee but the techniques are so variably performed in so many different individuals that it will be hard to show clinically.
