@Dyson had straighteners for 3 years. Sent back for repair as not working. Told they can’t be fixed so to buy new pair with 25% off. This is really bad customer service and unacceptable that they don’t work after 3 years given the cost.

@Dyson hair straighteners have stopped working after 3 years. Can’t be repaired. They are very expensive and I feel not fit for purpose on that basis. Poor customer service telling me I’ll just have to buy new ones. Not worth the cost for something that has such a short life.
