1) Double the number of providers and we’re STILL behind.
2) New grads aren’t keeping pace with retiring providers.
3) The next 10 years will see a LOT of retirements.
We’ve got completely re-think how we serve people!

In a nationwide Heard survey of more than 1,200 therapists:

— 65% earned below $100K
— 12% earned less than $100 per session from insurance

It’s time we started recognizing mental health professionals as essential healthcare workers and paid them like it.
