@westjet weather was good - pilot and crew were there -plane was there- all@the passengers were there- but no one to@load luggage- 3 hours later the pilots did it - but we are all missing our connections and a big part of our vacation- so much stress and so expensive

@WestJet Hold our connection flights- you held us up for 4 hours- it would only delay the departing flight by 20 minutes - there are 4 of us #holdtheconnections we waited for 4 hours for you to load the plane - there are so many people on plane who will@miss connections by 20-30 minutes

@WestJet And got rerouted through the USA tomorrow with a 1 hour layover at busy USA airport…..so had to pay 700$ to get covid tests at airport here so we could get to our destination - did not need tests for our destination - asked @WestJet to cover costs and was told send email

@WestJet Weather is great - we would have loaded the bags if we could have - will now miss vacation 2 days - lots of people on plane will now have 2-3 days delay - seriously- no one to load bags- weather is great - just not the planning
