Check out the first @getnanit Parent Recess!
It all started from the personal experience of colleagues and friends who work at @getnanit , realizing that being a parent is so challenging, even for those who are considered “experts” of all baby things!

@PersonalAc32758@ECHOChildHealth That is very interesting and I have another paper on disparities during pregnancy in sleep disordered breathing, but in this dataset we only had self report sleep duration, quality and disturbances
Thanks Dr Palagini for this talk on a life course approach on the role of insomnia on psychiatric disorders, emphasizing the role of maternal sleep during pregnancy
SPOILER:Great intro for my talk tomorrow on @ECHOChildHealth@_WorldSleep @Claudia_I_Lugo
Here’s where my @BrownMedicine@BrownPsychiatry colleagues @jrpeters, Dr Ally Stumper and I think we should be headed to understand the intersection of sleep, the menstrual cycle, and mood regulation https://t.co/XGnBknr0ZR
Had a great time @_WorldSleep 2023! Loved presenting my work on prenatal maternal sleep health and it's effects on offspring outcomes! 💚#AcademicChatter#phdlife
Great work by @DrLucchini and colleagues (including @Claudia_I_Lugo) on the effects of timing of exposure to poor prenatal maternal sleep quality and offspring ADHD symptoms! #WorldSleep2023 I believe this paper is out! 👏🏽
Fantastic key note by Michale Chee at #Worldsleep2023 ending with the perfect takeaway:
“ Dont’t just measure sleep, work to transform it”
