@farnie We feel your pain 100%. Our solution was a UK based Skype number on Ws mobile so it's a local call at least and they have a local number to contact us, but that does lead to the occasional middle of the night phone call!!

@johnlewishelp when my 8 year old lost her precious Abuela in March, she became understandably attached the the last gift she received from her - this lovely @JohnLewisRetail sweater and pink cords. She took it everywhere and now it is lost. Any ideas how we can replace please?

@farnie I have to pay $25 every time to see my GP here in US, $300 to get in the door of the Emergency Room and we are fortunate to have good insurance. Bills are coming through now for my MRI, specialist visits and surgery.... $$$$
