For those who say that conferences are just a bunch of people talking, delivering no real results, here's a fun story for you.

Today, as a last-minute add-on to the Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town post-conference road trip, attendees visited @BitcoinLoxion.

Bitcoin Loxion emerged as a result of our inaugural conference, Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town 2024.

Project Founder, Thulisa, attended last year in January and left the 2024 conference with a mission:

To build a circular Bitcoin economy in one of South Africa's largest townships, Khayelitsha, outside Cape Town.

A year later, 30 conference attendees visited that same project.
