@amazonIN Don’t understand why Amazon is being so pathetic these days. They don’t attempt delivery at all and update status as customer rejected it.
More on that, One can does not have option to raise a complaint as the portal is taken out from app

Refusing basic banking services.
after all final answer by SBI employee is go to HDFC
