I kindly request your intervention regarding the addition of my MD qualification to my registration certificate with the Haryana Medical Council (HMC).

I have already submitted the required documents and communicated with the concerned authorities, including:

The matter has also been forwarded to the concerned authorities at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra and S.N. Medical College, Agra, but I have not yet received any action/update.

I would be grateful if the concerned authorities could kindly look into the matter and facilitate the addition of my MD qualification to my HMC registration certificate at the earliest.
