@russellobensti2 Sorry, I missed this tweet somehow! Yes, the bone spurs should probably be considered part of his injury but with the NFL, it's all about rules/timing.

I'm guessing DeCastro will get some type of injury settlement but it'll probably take a while so it won't impact the 2021 cap.

I just got a thank you note from a patient who had 2 different surgeries with me in the past. She was thanking me for listening to her and addressing some additional issues she was having and suffering from for years (I referred her to other specialists and she's doing well).

When I was a medical student, some of my classmates told me not to be a surgeon because it would change me into an uncaring, abrasive person. My response? What if I'm the balance to those surgeons?
