Another Advent Photo - Every year there is a big re-enactment of the Battle of Tewkesbury of 4 May 1471 (though the festival itself takes place in July), which It attracts a lot of re-enactors. while the troops were lining up I managed to get this shot. #AdventCalendar

Another Advent photo - from a pet photography workshop that I took in the spring. I don't have a dog now but when I was 8 my family did an exchange with a Professor in Colorado Springs for six months, so we looked after a rough collie (think "Lassie") named Roo. #AdventCalendar

My next Advent photo is of a parakeet in Hyde Park. While the spot where they used to congregate near the Peter Pan statue is now closed, they have reassembled on on the other side of the Serpentine, between the Italian Gardens and the bridge. #adventcalendar #parakeet
