@AmtrakNECAlerts At this point, after a 7-hour delay of Train 97, we need to consider Ubering our daughter to Richmond so she won't miss the first day of her new job. They are expecting her at 8:30 am. We are still in DC with apologies but no engine and no information.

@AmtrakNECAlerts Every hour, an engine is "on the way". Amtrak, did you really think you could deliver the engine, but unexpectedly failed every time, or did you know for six hours that it wouldn't be here until after 2 am, and you were just stringing us along. We got to DC at 7 pm. It's 1:17 am.
