Govt is always reluctant to do permanent recruitment of HCW at hospitals.

@Shiva_THNews This is the sad reality of most contract jobs given by govt. Govt don't appoint HCW's (doctors, nurses.. etc) on permanet basis & then they have audacity to say doctors don't prefer to work at rural areas. Permanent jobs + decent pay guarantee most vacancies to vanish.

Hospitals will obviously overstate their demand by a bit especially when so many lives are at stake. Any person will ask for some extra food if they don’t know when the next meal will come. Departmental consumption calculations are a bloody joke since they don’t need to treat.
