My Trust and Faith in CBI & Indian judiciary system has increased after knowing that the 2 accused in RG KAR doctor murder and Rape case have got bail and it has been made possible because the CBI failed to file chargesheet even after 90 days in the case !

I would have been more surprised from the government if the accused didn’t get bail because how can our system not fail to deliver injustice to a victim in such a law abiding country !

The best lawyer even refrained from fighting the case of RG kar victim (may be best because she understood how law actually works in the country) !

Keeping the irony apart What’s more suspicious is despite the nationwide agitation against the state machinery The Central govt which is a political rebel to the state govt kept silent for justice in this case . as truly said :
“A country without Justice is poorer than a beggar on the road” .
