Wonderful service of commemoration today for the 132 named and 64 unnamed people who have died in London whilst homeless in the last year. So important to read those names aloud, remember them, grieve for them and make them matter

There's no SWEP response for torrential rain but the health effects of sleeping on the streets in it can be huge. If you see someone out today, please buy them some clean dry socks, you might just save their feet 🧦🧦🧦 #Homeless #homelessness

Wet weather + rough sleeping = foot problems (infections, skin problems, pain etc). Warm dry socks are a really helpful thing to give someone on the streets 🧦🧦🧦 #homelessness
