Meaningful social connections can be transformative. Rather than simply being in the presence of others, it is the experience of feeling truly heard, safe, and seen by those around us, feeling “held in someone else’s mind and heart” that are the impetus for healing.
Trust the reroute. It exists to help us unlearn, reevaluate, learn, refuel, eliminate our autopilots, and move in a new direction. It’s transformative and enables a new purpose.
