Telecom companies offer Recharge Plans with ‘𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬’ like 1.5GB, 2GB or 3GB per day, resetting every 24 hours. Any Unused Data EXPIRES at midnight, despite being fully paid for.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝐆𝐁. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝟏.𝟓𝐆𝐁. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟎.𝟓𝐆𝐁 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬. No refund. No rollover. Just gone. This is not an accident. This is policy.

Use it unnecessarily, or lose it by midnight. That’s how mobile data works today.

I raised this issue in Parliament - 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐅𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃?

UNUSED DATA should carry forward into the next cycle, so consumers can use what they have already paid for.

My demands are clear:

𝟏. 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲-𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝/ 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬
All telecom operators should provide Rollover of Unused Data. What remains unused at the end of the day, should be added to the next day’s Daily Data Limit, not erased the moment validity ends.

𝟐. 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡’𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬
If a consumer consistently under-utilises their data over multiple cycles, there should be a mechanism for Adjustment or Discount of that value, from the following month’s Recharge Amount. Consumers should not repeatedly pay for capacity they do not use.

𝟑. 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 & 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬
Unused data should be treated as the consumer’s digital property. Users should be allowed to transfer their unused data to others, from their Daily Data Limit, just as transfer money to others.

As we build a Digital India, access cannot depend on data that disappears.

If you’ve paid for it, it should carry forward and remain yours to use.

Award-Winning Doctor Dies After 24 Days on Ventilator Following Alleged Workplace Harassment at #AIIMS #Bhopal

Dr. Rashmi Verma, an Emergency Medicine specialist who was recently honoured with the Best Excellence Award by Uttar Pradesh Health Minister @brajeshpathakup , has died at AIIMS Bhopal after spending 24 days on ventilatory support.
According to allegations , Dr. Verma attempted #suicide on 12 December by consuming an overdose of anaesthetic drugs. The attempt was allegedly preceded by prolonged mental harassment by a senior Head of Department Dr. Mohammad Yunus!

She was admitted in a critical condition and remained on life support before succumbing.

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, the administration initially maintained silence, drawing sharp criticism from doctors’ associations and civil society.

★Subsequently, the accused Head of Department, Dr. Mohammad Yunus, was removed from his position by the management & now He has been temporarily attached to the Anaesthesia Department!!

Is this Justice?
This is not suicide.
This is institutional failure.

तो दिल्ली रहे हरीभरी!

अरावली को बचाना कोई विकल्प नहीं है बल्कि ये तो संकल्प होना चाहिए। मत भूलिए कि अरावली बचेगी तो ही एनसीआर बचेगा।

अरावली को बचाना अपरिहार्य है क्योंकि यह दिल्ली और एनसीआर के लिए एक प्राकृतिक सुरक्षा कवच है या कहें क़ुदरती ढाल है। अरावली ही दिल्ली के ओझल हो चुके तारों को फिर से दिखा सकती है, पर्यावरण को बचा सकती है।

अरावली पर्वतमाला ही दिल्ली के वायु प्रदूषण को कम करती है और बारिश-पानी में अहम भूमिका निभाती है।

अरावली से ही एनसीआर की जैव विविधता बची हुई है। जो वेटलैंड गायब होते चले जा रहे हैं, उन्हें यही बचा सकती है। गुम हो रहे परिंदों को वापस बुला सकती है।

अरावली से ही एनसीआर का तापमान नियंत्रित होता है।

इसके अलावा अरावली से एक भावात्मक लगाव भी है जो दिल्ली की सांस्कृतिक-ऐतिहासिक धरोहर का हिस्सा है।

अरावली को बचाना, दिल्ली के भविष्य को बचाना है, नहीं तो एक-एक साँस लेने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे दिल्लीवासी स्मॉग जैसे जानलेवा हालात से कभी बाहर नहीं आ पाएंगे। आज एनसीआर के बुज़ुर्ग, बीमार और बच्चों पर प्रदूषण का सबसे ख़राब और ख़तरनाक असर पड़ रहा है। यहाँ के विश्व प्रसिद्ध हॉस्पिटल और मेडिकल सर्विस सेक्टर तक बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है, जो लोग बीमारी ठीक करने दिल्ली आते थे, वो अब और बीमार होने नहीं आ रहे हैं।

- यही हाल रहा तो उत्तर भारत के सबसे बड़े बाज़ार और आर्थिक केंद्र के रूप में भी दिल्ली अपनी अहमियत खो देगी।
- ⁠विदेशी तो छोड़िए, देश के पर्यटक भी यहाँ नहीं आएंगे।
- ⁠न ही दिल्ली में कोई बड़ा इवेंट आयोजित होगा।
- ⁠न ही कोई राजनीतिक, शैक्षिक, अकादमिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, साहित्यिक सम्मेलन आयोजित होगा।
- ⁠न ही ओलंपिक, कॉमनवेल्थ या एशियाड जैसी कोई बड़ी खेल प्रतियोगिता आयोजित होगी।
- ⁠यहाँ का होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, टैक्सी-कैब, गाइड, हैंडीक्राफ़्ट बिज़नेस, हर काम-कारोबार व अन्य सभी आर्थिक-सामाजिक गतिविधियाँ ठप्प हो जाने के कगार पर पहुँच जाएंगी।
- ⁠जब प्रदूषण की वजह से हवाई जहाज़ नहीं चलेंगे, ट्रेनें घंटों लेट होंगी, सड़क परिवहन असुरक्षित हो जाएगा, तो दिल्ली कौन आएगा।
- ⁠यहाँ तक कि इसका असर ये भी पड़ेगा कि लोग अपने बेटी-बेटे की शादी तय करने से पहले दिल्ली के हवा-पानी के बारे में सोचने लगेंगे।
- ⁠इसीलिए हर नागरिक के साथ हर स्कूल-कोचिंग, हर व्यापारी, हर कारोबारी, हर दुकानदार, हर रेहड़ी-पटरीवाले, हर घर-परिवार तक को ‘अरावली बचाओ’ अभियान का हिस्सा बनना चाहिए।
- ⁠हर चैनल, हर अख़बार को ये अभियान चलाना चाहिए। जो लोग सरकार की चाटुकारिता कर रहे हैं, वो भी समझ लें कि उनका स्वयं का जीवन भी ख़तरे में है।

अरावली को बचाना मतलब ख़ुद को बचाना है।

अगर अरावली का विनाश नहीं रोका गया तो भाजपा की अवैध खनन को वैध बनाने की साज़िश और ज़मीन की बेइंतहा भूख देश की राजधानी को दुनिया की ‘प्रदूषण राजधानी’ बना देगी और लोग दिल्ली छोड़ने को बाध्य हो जाएंगे।

इसीलिए आइए हम सब मिलकर अरावली बचाएं और भाजपा की गंदी राजनीति को जनता और जनमत की ताक़त से हराएं!
