@narendramodi Respected Sir, Car Scrapping policy needs review. As END OF LIFE Vehicle NOT to be decided with Age of vehicle, rather actual Pollution level as strict compliance. Buying new vehicle may push Industry but will burden people where their vehicle is NON polluting

डीजल इंजन की कार्यक्षमता और जीवन पेट्रोल इंजन से अच्छी होती है। चूँकि इथेनॉल ब्लेंडिंग डीजल में चल नहीं पा रहा, तो धमकी देते फिर रहे हैं कि टैक्स बढ़ा दूँगा! आप गन्ने का जूस मिला दो पेट्रोल में, पर डीजल वालों को धमकी क्यों दे रहो हो?

इस क्षेत्र में भी, और क्षेत्रों की ही तरह, संतुलन आवश्यक है। हरित ऊर्जा और प्रदूषण कम करना हमारा लक्ष्य अवश्य होना चाहिए, परंतु यूरोप के नॉर्म्स की राह पर नहीं।

यूरोप के नॉर्म्स यदि आपको लगाने हैं तो आपको यूरोप के स्तर की सड़कें, बाजार, चार्जिंग ढाँचे और औद्योगिक स्वीकार्यता भी तो चाहिए। आपने नेशनल हायवे तो अच्छे बनाए, पर क्या आज भी दिल्ली-NCR में क्या कारों की औसत गति 20-30kmph नहीं रहती?

भारत के संदर्भ में सड़कों की गुणवत्ता, व्यवसायिक कार्य करने वालों के जेब का पैसा, प्रदूषण घटाने के अन्य मार्ग आदि को देखते हुए ही ऐसे निर्णय लेने चाहिए।

यूरो 7 की कॉपी करने से पहले, भारत को उस रेंज में तो लाइए।
