@nobandegan @RheumNow IMO when one presents w/psychosomatic sx they more likely to report pain/fatigue than stiffness. sx less likely to be related to time of the day. On the other 🤚 there is always a psychosomatic component to any disease assoctd w/chronic pain which must be addressed case by case
