Content Creator @ YouTube / Twitch, huge Sword and Shield enthusiast in Monster Hunter and I create guides, speedruns and challenging content (e.g. no armor)
Iceborne NO ARMOR SnS Only is done. I played through the ENTIRE game under these conditions AND also beat AT Velkhana, Fatalis and Alatreon. Took 2~3 months, I'm very happy now.
@TweetingGaruga Focus mode is another step towards "Hunter > Monster" instead of us being the weak ones. The transition from old MH to new MH gave us more and more and more tools and the monsters haven't been keeping up at all, focus mode just makes positioning way easier.
One day I'll boot up my pc, open twitter and read "this new monster hunter update is fire" from everyone. How long has it been since Fatalis dropped in iceborne? I miss that feeling
@VoriukasY @haruMH_98 You would rather go to the lengths of insulting somebody than to reflect on your own views and ask yourself whether or not you should suck up bad products or yearn for a more desireable outcome? Sure thing, enjoy your life that way.
@VoriukasY @haruMH_98 The alternative is make a proper full game that has been polished instead of pushing it. They have the budget to either hire more people that work on it or to delay it. The game isn't made for the consumer but the company.
@haruMH_98 Out of curiousity, how does knowing about MH change the view on the game's state?
You mentioned missing updates and the DLC, when repeated mistakes are still mistakes. Just because let's say World and Rise have followed these patterns doesn't make it any better for wilds.
Why is lacking content being defended with "past iterations did this / just wait for all updates and DLC etc"
Why would I be satisfied with a product that hasn't been fully cooked? Criticism and reflecting on game states is important, instead I see it being disregarded a lot
