STUCKEY: “Why should people have hope?”
VANCE: “Because Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He came down from heaven and is ultimately the author of history … If you actually believe that God himself became man and died to give grace to human beings, you just have to have hope.”

JD Vance just gave the clearest breakdown of the Trump vs. Obama Iran deal distinction I've heard.
Here it is — the Gulf State test:
The Gulf Coast Coalition loves this deal.
They hated the Obama deal.
Why?
They thought Obama made Iran stronger.
They think Trump makes Iran weaker.
Vance: "They know more about this, and they have more to lose than anybody, including the USA. So I trust their judgment."
The negotiating position:
Obama in 2015: Iran has a sophisticated nuclear program. Let's bribe them with American money to stop it.
Trump in 2026: We already destroyed your nuclear program. Promise not to rebuild it, and you get some sanctions relief.
One is negotiating from fear.
The other is negotiating from rubble.
The substance:
"The Obama nuclear deal allowed enrichment, ours will not."
"The Obama deal allowed the accumulation of stockpiled weapons-grade material, ours is actually leading to the destruction of that stockpile of enriched material."
"The Obama deal gave them over a billion dollars of American money. This deal gives them $0 of American money."
Bottom line from @JDVance:
"We're coming at it from a position of strength, and the fact that our gulf coast partners love this deal."
When I said this throughout my campaign, CNN people called me cruel and unhinged. Now, after they helped secure the election for the 2 dorks responsible for all these problems, CNN is now echoing my campaign talking points as gospel. Fascinating!
Voter rolls in LA country increased by 691,000 people since 2018 despite the county losing 366,600 residents…
I can understand why people have serious questions about ballot harvesting, voter registration, and election results in LA county.
🚨WOW! Rep. Brandon Gill NAILS SPLC leader in a complete MASTERCLASS
"40% of babies aborted nationwide are black. Does that sound like something a 'white supremacist' would oppose?"
*Witness stutters*
"Calling someone a white supremacist is a serious charge, isn't it? You clearly seem UNABLE to defend that!"
"How many babies aborted in the US are black?"
"I'm sure the president of the SPLC, which labels pro-lifers as racists. Does your organization just hurl around epithets like that without any justification?!"
*Democrat Rep. melts down*
Gill, turning around: "I KNOW you don't like my question!" 🤣
@RepBrandonGill 🔥
"I think this is one of the best fastballs we've EVER seen in the game, if not the BEST."

The Brewers just earned their 40th victory in their 63rd game of the season.
That’s the fastest the team has gotten to 40 wins in franchise history.
Oh, and they’re coming off their best regular season in franchise history.
This organization just continues to roll.
Hey Chicago Bears Fans,
Your blood is about to boil reading this:
I just did some research. The state of Illinois has spent over $2.5 BILLION on free benefits for illegals last year.
At the same time Illinois Governor @JBPritzker was telling the Bears there’s “no money” for tax relief on a new stadium.
Let that sink in.
For $2.5 billion the state of Illinois could have PAID for a new stadium for the Chicago Bears.
Instead, they spent it paying for lavish benefits for aliens, while running a $3 billion deficit and losing a franchise they've had for over 100 years.
This is what Democrat priorities look like. They hate you and will destroy your state for power.
10 years. 10 years. I’ve listened to every Dem & never Trump pundit call Trump, Elon and anyone else who voted Republican a Nazi. And now they line up behind Platner, with an actual Nazi tattoo. Unbelievable.
Stephen A Smith DESTROYS Lebrons GOAT Case
"He played 23 years,he still has 2 less titles than Michael Jordan, Michael Jordan played all 82 games 8 times, how many times did Lebron do it?, Michael Jordan is a 10x Scoring Champion, how many times did Lebron do it?, Michael Jordan is 9x All Nba defensive player, how many times did Lebron do it?, theres nothing to discuss. Michael Jordan averaged over 30 in the postseason 7 times, how many times did Lebron do it?, theres nothing to discuss, hes approaching year 24 and still has 2 less titles"

Chicago lost the Bears this week. A team that's been in the city since 1921.
They didn't lose them to a bigger market or a better deal. The Bears decided they'd rather be a tenant in Indiana than deal with Illinois for one more year.
Think about how badly you have to run a place for that to be the smart move.
They lost them for two reasons.
The people running Illinois would rather villainize a builder than keep one. And they're bad at their jobs.
In 2021 the Bears spent $197M on the old Arlington Park racetrack.
Before they could break ground, Cook County valued the empty lot at $192M (Bears said $60M). They were salivating at the chance to extort a building that didn't even exist yet.
That fight dragged on for years.
The Bears were ready to put $2B into the stadium. All they wanted was a promise the county wouldn't reassess them into oblivion, plus $855M for infrastructure everyone uses. Roads, transit, utilities. A $3B project, two thirds of it private money pouring into Illinois.
Springfield had since 2021 to get this done. They dragged it to the final night of session, passed it through the Senate at 3:39AM, and the House went home without voting.
So now it's all gone.
The funniest part? This started because Cook County tried to grab the tax early. They knew a built stadium would pay $53M a year. Now they get under $4M on a vacant lot. No jobs, no buildout, no new anything.
Congrats on fighting for scraps and losing the whole prize.
Pritzker: they're "an $8.5B valued business" that doesn't need propping up.
But be smart for a second. Almost every NFL city throws in public money for a stadium. Not charity. The return is real. Tourism, hotels, restaurants, jobs, game days, property tax on a huge development. The math works.
Indiana did the math. While Illinois sat on it for years, Indiana passed a bill in months, put up $1B, and took the team.
And the Bears took a worse deal to get there. In Illinois they were going to own their stadium. In Indiana they rent it from the state. A team that wanted to build its own home gave up ownership just to escape Chicago.
Nobody won but Indiana. The Bears lost their stadium. Illinois lost the team, the $2B, and $53M a year in taxes.
Pritzker after they left: "I wasn't willing to give up billions of dollars of taxpayer money to give it to a billionaire-owned family or team."
There it is. "Billionaire-owned."
That's how Democrats talk about any business right before they run it out of town. Call them a billionaire, act like you're saving working families, take a victory lap while the tax base drives across the state line.
Meanwhile they're running the whole state into the ground. And you already know how this ends. You're living in it.
Pensions are $143B in the hole, worst in the country and not close. You pay $6,285 a year in property taxes, double the $2,969 national average, for a city that's $1.15B in the red. The mayor called its finances "the point of no return."
When you run things this badly, you sell what's left.
They leased the parking meters for 75 years to Morgan Stanley and a sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi. Took $1.15B and burned through it in two years. The investors already made it all back, with 58 years left to collect.
Sold the Skyway. Sold the downtown garages. Every asset that made money, gone for one check.
But a fixed property tax rate for a team that's been here 106 years? That's "propping up billionaires."
Companies are leaving. Boeing for Virginia. Caterpillar for Texas. Citadel for Miami. In 2023 alone Illinois lost 56,000 people and $6B in income to other states. The ones who left earned a third more than the ones who moved in.
Indiana didn't outbid anyone. AAA credit, 16 years straight. A $676M surplus. Fourth-lowest debt per person in the country. They just weren't a disaster.
Illinois could have collected $53M a year. It chose zero. Ignore all the bad management but make sure to stick it to those evil, pesky billionaires.
If the fraud rate is really as low as Democrats claim, why are they fighting so hard to hide the data? Why not just work with USDA to audit and validate where the money is going? Their resistance to us going after fraud is part of why these programs ballooned in the first place.
BOOM
THIS IS THE BEST JOBS DAY OF PRESIDENT TRUMP’S SECOND TERM SO FAR.
For the third month in a row, job growth blew away expectations, with total nonfarm payrolls rising +172K, more-than-double market expectations of +85K.
What’s more, BLS revised March and April upwards by a combined 93K jobs.
Of note -- every single Bloomberg economist (75/75) underestimated May’s growth.
🚨 OMG. Secretary Bessent just BRUTALLY EMBARRASSED this RUDE Democrat congressman
LARSON (D): Are you in favor of eliminating the gas tax?!
BESSENT: We have moved to—
LARSON: —Are you IN FAVOR of ELIMINATING the gas tax?! Answer!
BESSENT: Well if I'm NOT INTERRUPTED I CAN!
LARSON: I'm waiting for your answer!
BESSENT: We ASKED CONGRESS to eliminate the gas tax. That's done through statute.
*Pause*
LARSON: ...you moved that? You're in favor of eliminating the gas tax?
BESSENT: We have ASKED for that.
LARSON: You're in favor to eliminate the gas tax?
BESSENT: AGAIN, the White House ASKED for it.
LARSON: They have?! Why isn't it before the committee for a vote?
BESSENT: I don't run the agenda. 😂💀
Clueless dolt!
Former CBS News investigative reporter @SharylAttkisson tells me she's shocked it took 60 Minutes this long to fire Scott Pelley:
"Scott Pelley was not a popular anchor in terms of his skill as an anchor as well as his personality... Quite a while before they removed him, I was told by a level above David Rhodes that they were trying to fix what they call 'The Scott Pelley Problem.'
One of the issues they had with him was, as it was told to me, he takes his managing editor role too seriously. He was interfering with the correspondents’ stories in a way that was not productive. Longtime CBS names that you would recognize were complaining to the high executives.
My experience was, when they named him, I was told by higher-ups that this new show without Katie Couric, with Scott Pelley, is gonna be all about what YOU do, your investigative reporting… And the very first week, the very first investigative piece, one of the best ones I think I ever did that I offered them, HE censored. Never aired. That was the pattern and the story, for me at least, of Scott Pelley at the anchor desk."
