Experienced Medical & Health Officer | Maternal Health | Public Health | Health Awareness | Medical Insights | For Educational purpose only | NOT Medical Advice
Hello everyone, Myself Dr. Rahman. I have been working as a Medical & Health Officer in rural India for almost a decade.
I was a trainer for Skill Lab Training and attended a lot of trainings myself in the last many years.
During the pre-test session before any training, we get a reality touch of where we stand and how much we have forgotten.
And during the training, the trainer would ask some questions but the room full of both experienced and young Medical officers will go completely silent. That shows our confidence level.
The Medical science field is so vast and evolving that it demands every practitioners to be forever learners.
Because of patient loads and other hospital responsibilities, our learning curve doesn't go up as such.
Through X, we can keep learning from each other like an interesting CME everyday. It will help gain knowledge, revise and sharpen our memory.
Well, I am passionate about making reliable health information easy to understand.
This account will share reliable, experience-based insights on:

My goal is to help people make informed health decisions through accurate, practical and evidence based information.

Thank you for being here. Let's learn, prevent and build healthier communities together.
@DocPriyamMD The right answer is BCD. Isn't it?
8.4 kg is exhaled as CO2 through the lungs while 1.6 kg becomes water excreted via urine, sweat and breath.
@nervemed Spider angiomas result from arteriolar dilation often linked to elevated estrogen levels in chronic liver disease and therefore Liver cirrhosis the most likely answer!
@Doctors__squad That's lovely. I have seen a baby almost like posing for a pic soon after the baby was taken out of labour room to show to the attendants.
@Doctors_GUILD It could be because of excess protein in urine suggesting Protenuria linked to kidney disease!
I wish it's because of other causes like dehydration or rapid urination after distended bladder.
During pregnancy, you are not 'eating for the two'.
You are eating for one growing baby inside you that needs nutrient-rich foods, not just more calories.
Include Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Lentils, Milk, Spinach, Beans etc in your diet for proper growth and development of the baby.
