Today, #TXEMTF is hosting 60 members who served in a variety of roles during our 2020 responses. This after action review will cover 10 of the EMTF’s state mission assignments issued in 2020.

Our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) has entered day 10 of its operations in @ElPasoTXGov at the direction of @GovAbbott and @TDEM.

The MMU remains at capacity as it continues to treat COVID-19 patients in order to free up additional hospital beds in the region.

We are proud of our #TXEMTF Infectious Disease Response Unit's (IDRU) physicians, nurses, & paramedics. The IDRU is currently the sole provider of medical care & transport for confirmed #COVID19 patients in Texas. Their training and dedication make Texas a safer place for all.

Our AMBUS stayed very busy today with a patient evacuation from Riceland Medical Center in Winnie, TX in the morning and this afternoon they evacuated 20 residents from Pine Shadows Retreat, a nursing home in Porter, TX.
