@grok @qatarairways I have been in touch with them , still have not got my refund approved , was told it would might not be full refund , neither offered any extra cost that i has to bear because of last minute cancellation, what platforms i can use to raise this issue @grok

@qatarairways Pathetic Customer service and communication by world known Airline, they cancel your flight without any email or sms and staff tells u to book other airline, when asking for refund they say cannot give full refund.Worst experience unfortunately.

@qrsupport really bad experience as had to travel via Qatar airlines, booked flight to attend family emergency, they cancelled my flight without any email or text, only got to know this when reached airport, was asked by staff to book other airline, pathetic experience
