Well, as much as the past 2 years have really been a progressing struggle... Things finally seem to be getting better. I don't want to get too excited, but with a new job, my first baby and now a new house? How can I not? Dad actually has a garage to play in and grass to cut.
@fordnation Not like it would matter because I’m just a scrap yard worker but some random Joe needs to sit down with Ford and just rail him with questions on why things were done improperly and not give in to typical government/media responses. Slap him around and knock the sense into him.
@fordnation It’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to leave my house. Not in fear of COVID, but because the ignorance has pushed everyone else so far that they don’t care anymore when they drive. I’ve never had so many close calls before until COVID. Nobody thinks anymore. Nobody cares.
@fordnation 4th lockdown is imminent. It’s just a matter of time. Nothing has been done properly during this pandemic and every single Canadian citizen is paying the price. Some of them with their lives. The government should actually be ashamed at how badly they failed us.
@fordnation I can almost guarantee also that when it comes time for my first child to be born, I won’t be able to be in the room. Because your rules about this are so backwards. I can walk into Walmart around 300 others but can’t see my son being born in a room with 10 people. This is BS.
@fordnation Nothing. I can guarantee my girl still won’t be able to buy certain things. 8 months pregnant now. Still can’t buy comfortable clothes. Still can’t buy new shoes for her or the 2 year old who’s growing like Canada’s debt. But she can buy a succulent from Walmart. Get outta here.
@fordnation Oh so NOW we won't take the risk. But when this all started... Bah. It's fine. Nothing to worry about. Let's all just go on as normal, spreading this mystery virus. Can't buy clothes for my lady or kids but we can go to the LCBO and get plastered or hit Walmart for succulents.🤔
@fordnation If everything was dealt with properly in the first place, we wouldn't even be here. This just sounds like your placing the responsibility of giving these kids a normal end-of-school year on the teachers and faculty. How can kids have a normal year if they are stuck at home?
@ExoticsLair Probably going on to a 4th wave of lockdowns tbh. Canadian government didn't take this seriously in the beginning and now we are paying the price by not being able to live. Just about to end the 3rd lockdown and am seeing more news about the Indian variant. 4th lockdown is coming
@fordnation Or maybe the borders can just be closed for a month? Yeah, things will be more expensive for a bit. Might not be able to get certain things that come from the States for a while but I think that's a small price to pay for getting our lives back.
@fordnation@Sflecce@MonteMcNaughton@KingaSurmaMPP@CHogarthPC @JeffYurekMPP @C_Mulroney That's nice. I wonder what were to happen or how people would react if you took that $28.5 Billion and helped Canadian families in this time of need. You know, the one you created. Seeing this just shows me how worried and how much attention you give to the real problems.
@TorontoStar Because he didn't do his job right in the first place. This could have been dealt with by now but the greed, corruption and pure ignorance has led to this. "Variants are coming from the border" but leaves the borders open for them to skip merrily across.
