Create a visual cue (a symbol ⛔️🔅🌀⚫️) that reminds you to work your pre-snap routine for mental/physical peak performance. Draw that visual cue on your glove, hand or other body part that you see. The symbol reminds you to “lock in,” “breathe” or “dominate” your process.

Athletes: Your body knows what to do; sometimes your mind gets in its way. Learn to calm/slow your mind down. Slow is fast. Breath. Practice your breath work 3x day for 5 min. Get your practice reps in so you are confident in your ability slow your mind down in competition.
