Dear @HonAdenDuale @psmuthoni @fnoluga @KenyaGovernors.

The @UHCWorkers_KE Staff are apprehensive regarding these recommendations and feel that @MOH_Kenya has not fully understood their plight which remains unsettled.

They are especially apprehensive about the transfer of payroll to County Governments before harmonization of their salaries in line with SRC policy and respective career guidelines as well as a definite timeline for payment of their gratuity.

I agree with the Chairperson of Standing Committee on Health at @KenyaGovernors H.E @MuthomiNjuki that the salaries should be harmonized before transfer of payroll to counties as well as payment of gratuity.

This matter therefore remains unsettled and requires further deliberations and an all inclusive agreement with the relevant Unions.

UHC staff have endured unfavorable terms for the past 5 years, it is time to end the discrimination as a matter of urgency and in appreciation of their indispensable services to our Nation.

I believe that CS @HonAdenDuale @psmuthoni and @fnoluga have the necessary capacity to bring this dispute to an amicable conclusion that doesn't push @UHCWorkers_KE staff to the losing side.
