More people feeling anguish at this. @RCollEM and other colleges need to consider what is needed for higher levels of practice. If what you put junior doctors through isn't required, then stop doing it. If it is, then ACPs/MAPs cannot be equivalent.

It’s not exaggeration to say that it is totally normalised for certain colleagues to attempt to control when you eat, drink or piss. I can think of countless occasions.

It’s only when you get out of that situation and reflect that you realise how f’d up the whole culture is.

@UPS_UK hate doing this but you have my parcel. Waited in all day yesterday (I work from home) and then apparently you “need security access”. No indication as to how to provide this.

Honestly the worst user experience I think I’ve ever come across for a delivery 😭
