@ProfLAppleby Welcome to Canadian reality. The provinces vary as to whether this obligation exists on doctors. One problem we encountered was of doctors offering this option when specific treatment was not available.

Unfortunately re-learning the lessons of the '60s & '70s when hallucinogen use was clearly identified as a risk factor for schizophrenia. These data show that for some people any hallucinogen use is unsafe, and yet rate of use recently has doubled especially among younger people.
