@AmericanAir nonstop delays today. Every flight. Missed our connection bc delayed, second later fight delayed, now can’t get off the plane for an hour. Still stuck. Just Ridiculous. Just flew from Aspen, but could have flown to California and back in this time.

@SpiritAirlines Worst experience today! They knew there was a delay in getting a pilot, didn’t say anything. They just let us sit here w/ our babies waiting for four hours. We could have gone to eat and sit down, but instead they kept saying to stay here at the gate. Horrible customer service!
