Waste and fraud feed off of health care and human services. And far too often, people desperately in need are not being served. Abuses abound in our system, and that is why I am running to be the next state auditor in Minnesota. The universe of health and human services is my wheel house.
I’m going to blow your mind. Are you ready? Hold on tight!
Dr. Oz and Nick Shirley just walked a single block in NYC and found double-digit pharmacies.
Dr. Oz: “I don’t think you could go anywhere in America and think this was normal unless there was a cash cow business feeding it.”
Nick Shirley: “All these people need is a medical beneficiary number, and that is worth more than any credit card that a senior can give anybody.”
Dr. Oz: “Some of the drugs in these pharmacies cost more than a car. Think about that.”
What the hell is actually going on here?
Leadership isn't about saying what's popular. It's about saying what's true.
I believe Minnesotans deserve transparency, accountability, and a leader who is willing to ask the hard questions. I'm committed to following the facts, doing the research, and serving the people of Minnesota with honesty and integrity.
As your auditor, I will tell you the plain truth and seek your viewpoint. Your input is needed-by your family, neighbors, co-workers, and fellow citizens!
America has always been about unfinished business because freedom has always been about unfinished business. I thank God for the blessing of unfinished business and the opportunity to make tomorrow better than today. Happy Fourth of July, America!🇺🇸
@ScottAtlas_IT Thank you, @scottatlas_IT for standing up for ethics at a time when it was least convenient and most important. I saw others who knew better keep their mouth shut. They will never have my support. You, sir, will, always.
Just like another Scott: @drscottjensen!
Walz said these words:
“Folks…hell bent on making sure some kid doesn’t participate in bowling…is ludicrous.”
When Tim Walz uses “bowling” as his example for why everyday people feel strongly that women’s sports should be protected, he’s either dense or dwells in a mind space reserved for political ideologues.
Tim Walz: “folks who have never been to any youth event or high school event are hell bent on making sure some kid doesn’t participate in bowling or whatever it might be is ludicrous.”
Insane.
He thinks parents are worried about boys competing against girls in bowling.
When a candidate acts like they're the only person with the right answers, it's worth paying attention. Leadership requires humility, collaboration, and a willingness to listen.
A candidate running for State Auditor recently said he places very little blame on criminal perpetrators.
I disagree! Criminals are responsible for their crimes and should be held accountable. My opponent says otherwise. Listen to these 10 seconds and decide for yourself.
Happy Father's Day!
Dinner with my Dad drove home the lesson that if I could not begin to understand why someone disagreed with me, I wasn’t trying hard enough to understand that someone’s viewpoint.
