🚨 BREAKING: I’ve recovered audio from a 2018 Minnesota House Subcommittee on Childcare Access and Affordability hearing, a committee on which Rep. Peggy Flanagan served.
Peggy Flanagan was ABSENT when whistleblower Scott Stillman warned that Minnesota’s CCAP fraud scandal had the potential to become “Minnesota’s Watergate.”
She was notified of the hearing. She chose not to attend. The warning was even recorded and sent to her.
Stillman warned that the fraud could exceed $100 MILLION.
Years later, Minnesota has been rocked by massive fraud scandals, now estimated to be in the BILLIONS.
Peggy Flanagan had an opportunity to confront the warning signs in 2018.
But she did nothing.
🚨 WARNING: If you have a parent or grandparent in a nursing home or memory-care facility, you need to pay attention to this.
An investigation in Wisconsin raised serious concerns about ballots cast by nursing home residents whose mental capacity had declined.
Now, the federal government has issued guidance reinforcing protections for vulnerable voters after allegations of unlawful voter registrations in Texas and the Wisconsin investigation.
Nursing homes cannot register residents to vote or complete mail-in ballots on their behalf without proper knowledge, consent, or authorization.
The Election Integrity Network is warning families to pay attention to who is entering these facilities and assisting residents with their ballots.
Who is helping your loved ones vote? Are outside political groups being allowed in? Are residents actually making their own decisions?
Every resident has the right to vote, decline to vote, and choose who assists them.
Nobody should be making that decision for them.
Protect their rights. Protect their vote.
In August, a counterterrorism expert sounded the alarm on Abdul El-Sayed's ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
CRUZ: "Do you believe that there is a Muslim Brotherhood branch operating in the United States?"
WITNESS: "Yes."
CRUZ: "Does Abdul El-Sayed's candidacy for Senator in Michigan concern you?"
WITNESS: "Yes sir, it does... I look at the connections that his father-in-law Jukaku Tayeb has to Brotherhood-linked groups. This includes being the president of CAIR Michigan."
The polls make a lot more sense when you realize Democrats’ only path to taking the Senate depends on Republicans staying home.
The goal is to demoralize you into sitting on the couch instead of showing up on Election Day.
Don’t fall for it.
If Republicans show up, we win.
It’s that simple.
Your reminder that legitimate operations across Minnesota were forced to shut down because of the Walz/Flanagan administration’s failure to address fraud.
Back in January, @nicksortor and I exposed how legitimate autism centers were being punished because of fraudsters.
🚨 We just exposed the real-life consequences of Tim Walz’s failure to address Minnesota’s fraud crisis.
@nicksortor and I sat down with Jennifer Larson, one of the largest autism center providers in Minnesota.
She is now set to file for bankruptcy as a direct result of Minnesota Democrats failing to address the Somali fraud crisis.
After ignoring the fraud for years, Tim Walz has now frozen payments for 90 days to key programs, without distinguishing longstanding, legitimate providers from fraudsters.
In this case alone:
- 120 employees will lose their jobs
- Hundreds of autistic Minnesotans, many of them children, will lose the care they desperately need
Across the state:
- Thousands of jobs could be lost
- Up to 50,000 children could be effected
Low-functioning autistic children and their families will now be left without support because of these failures.
Tim Walz has since withdrawn from the governor's race.
Now he should resign.

@amyklobuchar My child goes to Annunciation and was there in the church. But I’m voting Demuth.
Demuth gave that package a reasonable chance, as she promised. It was thoroughly vetted in committees and its fate was clear. Demuth followed the normal procedure as she should, not an abnormal one
Rep. Ilhan Omar's real name is actually "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi," U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro claims, pointing to what she says is a book written by Omar's sister. The new name was also used in legal documents amid an ongoing investigation into Omar.
Omar's office is pushing back however, calling the claim "completely false" and insisting: "Ilhan Omar is her real name."
The conflicting statements are raising new questions about the controversial case. | @ChanleySPainter@foxandfriends

Your reminder that Amy Klobuchar partnered with Ilhan Omar to try sending $1M in funding to a Somali non-profit under investigation for fraud.
Republicans stopped them, thankfully.
NEW: A Washington high school sophomore walked off the starting line alone at a district cross-country championship Wednesday rather than compete against a boy, sacrificing her opportunity to advance in the postseason.
According to Matt Calkins at Outkick, Elise Bierer, a Battle Ground High School runner, turned away from the course after the starting gun sounded at the October 21 Greater St. Helens League District Meet in Camas.
She walked toward her mother, Sheona, who embraced her tearful daughter.
Bierer had also declined to compete during Battle Ground’s October 13 dual meet against Camas. Wednesday’s district championship carried greater consequences: walking away ended her season.
Her mother alleged that Elise and other Battle Ground girls who objected to competing against the male athlete were pressured to enter the JV race instead. According to her account, that would preserve the varsity team’s chances of finishing among the three teams advancing to the next qualifying meet.
Elise believed she had earned her varsity position. Her mother said other girls initially planned to walk off alongside her, but those plans changed before the race.
Battle Ground had only five varsity entrants, while the other three schools had seven each, OutKick reported. Elise’s withdrawal left Battle Ground without the five finishers required to record a team score. Individual results remained separate: Battle Ground’s Sophia Rogers won the girls’ race.
Sheona said her daughter did not tell coach Patricia Tester about her plan because she feared being moved to JV.
The protest came as Camas High School’s Logan Mihailoff, who began the season ranked 76th while competing in boys’ junior varsity, finished second in the girls’ championship race, propelling Camas into first place.
I’m most proud of this @IlhanMN find:
Not long after Ilhan swore 8 times in her divorce filing that she had no idea how to contact Ahmed, I proved — via the source code of the website for her sister Sahra Noor’s company 😎 — that he was working for Sahra, and quite easy to contact.
Democrats are going to lose the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office for the first time in over 50 years.
Rightfully so, Keith Ellison is a corrupt radical leftist.
