In Primary Six, a girl got her first period during an exam.
She stood up… and the blood ran down her legs, staining her white socks.
The whole room stared at her like it was a show 😭. Some boys started calling her names.
She never returned to that school the following term.
Most of us girls hadn’t even started our periods yet but that day taught me something I'll never forget:
Embarrassment fades in a moment.
Cruelty can scar for a lifetime.
We need to raise kinder boys.
And protect our girls better.
LET US PRAY:
Dear God, thank You for another beautiful day and for keeping us through the night. As we step into today, please guide our decisions, grant us favor, and help us accomplish our tasks successfully.
Protect us and bring us back home safely. Amen.
