@doctorhammond Whilst I question if this is the best tactic, good on the BMA fighting hard for staff retention for future generations. I hope they succeed. My specialist peers are reducing NHS work as pay and conditions continue to worsen each year. I’m concerned there will be no one left.

@MissBethanEJohn Sounds like you need a different educational supervisor. Has your TPD been helpful? Can they switch you placement? If not ask higher up in HEE. Took me going one higher than my TPD to get the help I needed.
