#WATCH | Delhi | Public Health Specialist, NCDC Dr Himanshu Chouhan says, "Community reporting tool is an effort to detect outbreaks early... The community is the first level which faces any unusual event, and the chances that we can detect it increase manyfold if the community becomes a partner. In January 2024, the Health Minister launched the community reporting tool to enhance our surveillance capacities... It's in the form of a QR code or a web link. Unusual events happening in the community can be reported with very basic details like name, age, gender, and the place of the person from where they're reporting..."

Indian Army dog, Phantom lost its life in operation after terrorists fired upon an Army convoy near Asan, Sunderbani Sector today morning.

White Knight Corps tweets, "As our troops were closing in on the trapped terrorists, Phantom drew enemy fire, sustaining fatal injuries. His courage, loyalty, and dedication will never be forgotten. In the ongoing operation, one terrorist has been neutralized and Warlike stores have been recovered thus far."
