@MRenselMD What I have learned is meaningful work, in whatever way we experience it brings purpose, but only having purpose doesn’t equate to experiencing meaning.
How do I stay purposeful? Our spirit longs to have a #purpose. It is an essential need of the Spirit.
We want to feel as though we are contributing to something greater than ourselves. To wake up in the morning and have a reason to be.
3 ways to stay clear on your purpose:
1) Create a well-defined vision-board towards your destination
2) Map out your values, moral ideas that you live and work by.
3) Nurture your purpose by acting on one thing daily that moves you closer towards it.

2) Your abilities are not set in stone and can change/grow with the right encouragement
How is low #selfesteem maintained?✨
When we develop core beliefs about ourselves from what we have heard and experienced. We focus on the process of incoming information in accordance with our beliefs.
We develop expectations of what may happen in our lives basing it on our #beliefs .
For ex; someone of authority says, “ You are stupid." If your belief becomes, “ I am stupid,” then you may enter a situation, like work with doubt and feel you can't succeed.
3 ways to nurture self in suffering:
1) Feel #painful emotions
2) Accept #suffering instead of pushing it away and judging it
3) Practice being with yourself now, see your meaning of today.
3 tips to help with uncertainty
1) Welcome feedback no matter how uncomfortable it may be. It will guide you and help you decrease risks.
Remember though its a guide and you are the expert of yourself.
2) Create a back up plan after assessing all risks

Have you ever had moments in your life when you are uncertain about what is going on? Do your plans for #life take a different turn? Or you are not sure whether a job, partner, or place is right for you?

We ask ourselves will have secure employment. All we can do is try as best as possible to reduce the feelings that overwhelm us.

#Acceptance sets us free from the limits we put on ourselves. We may wonder why there is suffering in life.
Suffering can help us discover our deepest self. It is the most important time to be consistent with our #selflove and self-kindness.
You are worthy of #love.
You have different qualities and skills for this reason. You may not be able to predict what lies ahead. Yet you can remind yourself of the things you have done to be there for someone. Even if it is one thing, that is one thing that was meaningful to another.
