Alison if you see this please get in touch to let us know you are okay.
We were hoping to see you over Christmas and everyone is worried and thinking of you.
@kazztandy@BetfairCS Agreed. Betfair use to do promotions & free bets but they have been taken away due to affordability checks forcing customers to gamble with more of their own money
I've been a customer since 2009 and shown a profit every year. Yet I'm subject to affordability checks. It's crazy.
@chrisgambler247 BF customer since 2009 with an exposure limit of £20k.
A few weeks ago they slapped a spend budget on my a/c of £750 per month, blocked me from promotional offers AND my monthly rewards bonus.
Now demanding my personal financial details! BF are driving customers away. Crazy.
@BetfairCS Astonishing you still haven't voided bets on the Hull vs Southampton match which was cancelled two days ago now.
Betfair took bets on the match before it was cancelled which is fair enough. But as the match has now been cancelled those bets should also be cancelled.
@BetfairCS I can understand that with 'outright markets' but there is absolutely no ambiguity or uncertainty about the actual Hull vs Southampton play off match, it's been cancelled. Doesn't make any sense at all not to cancel the bets on a match which isn't going ahead.
@BetfairCS
The EFL Championship play off match between Hull and Southampton has been cancelled so why have the Exchange not voided all bets on this game?
It might be an oversight but it needs putting right.
@BetfairCS I need to bring to your attention the football game between Bologna vs Cagliari (played Sunday 3rd May).
Betfair have made a complete mess of settling bets on the Match Odds market, resulting in substantial losses which I did not incur. Can you investigate please.
@BetfairCS Before I do that I will withdraw my balance, only then will I DM you with my details. If Betfair can correct their error I will consider moving funds back.
I've never known Betfair take bets in-play then an hour AFTER the match void some of them. How can I trust you ever again?
@BetfairCS Betfair have made a massive error on the exchange on todays football match Bologna vs Cagliari. Betfair have somehow overlooked the back bets and only taken account of the lay bets in the match odds market. Can you confirm an error has been made and correct it.
I have a real bad feeling about this.
I don't believe for one moment that over 55 years ago men walked on the moon and safely returned to earth using 60s technology not once, but 6 times.
If it was so easy then, it should be a piece of cake now.
I wish these astronauts well.
@MichelleDewbs@Nigel_Farage@reformparty_uk It gets worse Michelle.
I see Angela Rayner is 3 to 1 favourite with the bookies to be the next UK Prime Minister. And if that ain't bad enough, Ed Miliband is second favourite at 11 to 1.
I've never looked at a front bench and seen so many clowns shoulder to shoulder.
@BetfairCS Took fully 10 seconds for Betfair to suspend the in-play markets following a 6th minute goal in the football match between Mainz and Eintract Frankfurt.
Those watching the game live made a nice profit off those who were trusting Betfair to suspend the market promptly.
@BurnleyOfficial Brilliant fightback from 3 goals down and Burnley almost nicked it at the end.
At 3-0 down Burnley were 80/1 to draw the match and could be backed at 500/1 to win, which they very nearly did. Good effort from all the players and it's a pity the game ended as it did.
@MichelleDewbs Just gone midnight and indications are the Green Party are home and dry. Never felt so depressed for the future of this country.
Who voted for a party that wants to legalize class A drugs like crack cocaine, heroin and the date-rape drug? They should be ashamed of themselves.
@MichelleDewbs The maddening thing is the French could stop these channel crossings TODAY by agreeing to take back each and every migrant that reaches our coast and do so within the hour.
Nobody would pay for a place on a dinghy if there knew they would be returned immediately back to France.
@GBNEWS The birth rate in the UK is plummeting so there should be no urgency to build new houses whatsoever.
The 'urgency' has been brought about over the last 30 years or so by those unaffected by the problems their choices have created.
@kay_dub_h X has become practically unusable for many people due to the platforms overzealous AI mods blocking posts, replies and even reposts.
It's a little known problem as those affected are unable to raise awareness on the platform because... they're blocked from doing so.
@CreateWithTony X has been blocking posts, replies and RT's on this platform for no good reason for around 3 months now. It's AI mods and algorithms have made X practically unusable for many users. Posts and replies which do get through are often hidden as spam and RT's do not register as such.
@BetfairCS I was reading a few days ago Betfair have let a lot of staff go recently, including some key tech positions. I hope this isn't the start of an increased number of "tech issues" as a direct result of getting rid of jobs to save money. Customers will simply stop using Betfair.
