To help you along I’ll describe the process:

George Floyd was going into Cardiopulmonary arrest at the scene from a drug overdose as opposed to suffocation from a knee on the neck. You want to “resuscitate” a person who is dying of asphyxiation than remove the pressure from the persons neck, which was obviously done while the process of resuscitation was done: CPR, defibrillation, medications (e.g., epinephrine), and continued from the arrest scene in the ambulance and all the way to the emergency room.

Again this points to Cardiac arrest (drug overdose with preexisting cardiovascular disease) and not asphyxiation or some “it was the knee on his neck that killed him.”
