Things that have become normal in Europe:

A 29-year-old man from the Gambia, who already had a criminal record, approached a mother and her 5-year-old daughter who were waiting for a bus. Without any apparent motive, the man violently grabbed and dragged the little girl away, causing her to cry and her mother to panic.

The mother immediately chased after the man and managed to catch up to him, grabbing her terrified daughter back. Undeterred, the man remained nearby and continued to harass the child by taking several photos of her with his cell phone.

The police were called while the suspect was still in the area. Officers from the Perugia commissariat intervened quickly, stopped the 29-year-old, and took him to police headquarters.

Investigators reviewed station surveillance footage, which confirmed the mother and child's version of events, showing the man violently grabbing the girl and trying to force her away. Additionally, police found numerous photos of the child on his phone.

The man was arrested for aggravated attempted kidnapping (due to the victim being a minor). The Perugia Prosecutor's Office ordered him to be held in the Perugia prison pending a validation hearing.
