There have been plenty of fall armyworm moths and they showed up a bit early, but no reports of actual armyworm damage yet. It is still early for North Carolina.

Fall armyworms in most places more normal this year. No reports of 2021 disasters. There is still a lot of fall armyworm season left so keep your eyes open.
