SBI की नेट बैंकिंग बड़ी मस्त है।

आप अपना पासवर्ड भूल गए हैं तो वहीं पर forgot पासवर्ड का ऑप्शन है, आप आधे-पौन घंटे में ही अपना पासवर्ड बदल सकते हैं। ज़्यादा मुश्किल नहीं है, बस वहाँ पर कप्चा आपको मल्ल युद्ध के लिए ललकारता है, उसको ���रास्त करके आप अंदर घुस पाते हैं।

फ़िर आपको योनो के अंदर भेज दिया जाता है, वहाँ आपको समझ ही नहीं आता कि मेरे को जो चीज़ देखना है वो साला है किधर?

इधर-उधर हाथ-पैर मारने पर ��चानक एक पेज खुल जाता है जो कहता है "सर आपने 90 दिन से पासवर्ड बदला नहीं है, मैं बोर हो गया हूँ, प्लीज बदल दो ना"।

आप सोचेंगे कि अभी बदल कर ही अंदर घुसा हूँ...पर आप घिर गए हैं, यहाँ से ये आदमी अब आपको जाने का रास्ता ही नहीं दे रहा है।

मुझे लगता वेब साइट बनाने की जब requirement दी गई होगी तो एक कर्मचारी भी साथ में दिया होगा कि कोई भी काम आपको वेब साइट से करवाना हो तो वही उसका सिग्नेचर फ़ील आना चाहिए...जैसे इसी पेज को लीजिये...ये अगर आदमी होता तो आपसे कहता -
"पासवर्ड नहीं बदला आपने 90 दिन से? पहले उसको बदलो फ़िर आना"

आप - पर मैंने अभी बदला
वो - मेरे पास बदला क्या?
आप - नहीं, एंट्री के टाइम ही तो बदला
वो - पर मेरे पास तो नहीं बदला ना?
आप - अरे पर नया ही पासवर्ड तो
वो - आप समझ नहीं रहे हो...आपने बदला होगा, मैं कैसे मान ल��ँ कि बदला है? मेरे पास कोई सूचना नहीं है।
आप - अरे पर बदला तभी तो अंदर आया ना?
वो - वो बात मैंने मानी पर आपको बदलना पड़ेगा...
आप - मुझे पिछली विंडो पर जाना है वापस
वो - नहीं जा सकते, दरवाजा बंद हो गया है
आप - अरे?

इस किच किच में आपको गार्ड उठाकर बाहर फेंक देता है, यानि session आउट हो जाता है। आप फ़िर लॉगिन करते हो और फ़िर वही आ जाता है - "पासवोर्ड" बदलो...

आप उसको इग्नोर भी करते हो तो आपको और कोई नज़र ही नहीं आता। घंटा-दो घंटा बर्बाद करके एक गाली बक कर आप बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

फ़िर योनो आता है - "कैसे हैं सर?"
आप गुस्से से उसे देखते हैं
वो कहता है - "प्लीज दो मिनट review दे दीजिये, कैसा लगा आपको?"
आप एक भद्दी सी गाली लिखकर बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

इसके बाद कुछ मजबूत लोग योनो app से गुत्थम गुत्था हो जाते हैं पर मजाल है वो app आपको पहचान ले? वो बार बार कहता रहता है, य��� कागज लाओ फिर आना, वो लाओ फिर आना, ये सही नहीं है, वो सही नहीं है और फिर आप या तो फोन फोड़ लेते हैं या अपना सर।

In Humsafar Express 15706, the tea seller is charging ₹20 instead of the approved IRCTC rate.
Worse — I gave him ₹100 and he returned only ₹70, saying he’ll give the remaining ₹10 “later.”
This is pure harassment & overcharging. Please take strict action.
