Celebrating 66th birthday - Day 32 on Impella 5.5. Rocky road: acute left main occlusion presenting with massive cardiogenic shock. Switched from Impella CP to subclavian Impella 5.5 and successfully overcame some major complications. Recovering slowly but surely.

NSTEMI due to subtotal 1:1:1 LM Bifurcation stenosis. Cut & crack (Wolverine & OPN): stent LM to LAD, drug coated balloon ostial LCX! Planned angiographic follow up at 9 months. What are your thoughts?
