2 Corinthians 4:8-9
8 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
It is not how you start (criticism, negativities, etc), but how well you finished (joy, happiness, peace)that makes a difference. I pray God’s blessings on you today to finish well everything you do. Remember, if God be for us, then tell me, who can be against us? Be blessed!
Happy Friday family. Remember, no one can do for you what God has created you to do for yourself. So, get up and exercise. Your body and health will be grateful.
When God has been so good to you for 90 Years, this expression on your face is one of Thanksgiving and Praise! My Dad is basking in the goodness of the Lord!
Happy Heavenly Birthday Blessings to my mentor, my encourager, my predecessor, a true giant of the faith, the Rev. Dr. Kenneth E. Marcus. You truly made the difference and impacted so many lives. Continue to Rest in Peace. Until we meet again, we continue the work and vision.
When you arrive in a new space, know that the moments before this moment prepared you. You are worthy.
Do not shrink, hide, dilute, or apologize for your presence. Your voice is needed in that space. Be all that you are.
Happy and Blessed Monday! I speak this declaration and affirmation over my life and your life. Amen!
“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
Psalms 27:13

Praying hard for the safe return of the 17 American missionaries kidnapped in Haiti. If you have ever been on a mission trip, or your church does mission trips, we all need to be praying. Remember James 5:16b “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
This morning run was beautiful and the weather was very nice. Let me encourage you to take advantage of this beautiful Fall weather and exercise. You will feel better, look better and live better. Blessings!
Another great run. It was very hot, I am glad I got it in. PTL

Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Finally got to 6 miles since I was involved in a car accident on June 22nd. The God I serve specializes in restoration. I am grateful to still be able to run. TGBTG
