@UnitedAirlines surely I shouldn’t be charged £94 to be kept on hold and ignored by your employee? And not a single person I spoke to mentioned I was being charged to make this call to customer service! You can imagine the surprise when I woke up to such an outrageous phone bill.

Our daughter @Dr_CSW was flying @UnitedAirlines from Edinburgh to Chicago & flight canceled. Told to call specific number to rebook. She did& put on hold forever. Rude customer service! Issued refund but now her phone bill is $132 dollars. @UnitedAirlines what gives?

I have to admit, it will be difficult to choose to fly with @UnitedAirlines again after this whole debacle. If you’re going to charge your customers to call in and change a flight you cancelled, at least have the decency to let us know that we’re paying first.
