NHS is interesting, they can tell you use paracetamol and you refuse, and that is fine, they just note it down that patient refused paracetamol 🤣🤣 Convincing you isn’t part of them.
Why the hell does atiku continue to contest??? It can’t be clearer that Nigerians don’t want him. Spending millions on campaigns and application forms every 4 years to what end?

🚨 BREAKING: THE END OF THE PLAB ERA? GMC DROPS A BOMBSHELL ON INTERNATIONAL DOCTORS. 🇬🇧❌
Is the UK pathway officially dead? With these new changes, the PLAB journey is about to become significantly more expensive than the USMLE. If you are an international medical graduate planning to move to the UK, you need to stop scrolling and read this right now.
We just got hold of an exclusive internal email sent directly from the General Medical Council (GMC) to candidates regarding massive, sweeping changes to PLAB 1 starting in 2027. This information isn’t even on social media yet, and it is going to disrupt a lot of career plans.
Look closely at the screenshot I attached to this post.
From 2027, the February PLAB 1 exam will no longer run at any international locations. If you want to sit for that particular exam, you will have to fly directly into the UK or the EU to write it.
On top of that, they are completely removing Dhaka, Alexandria, Accra, and Chennai as PLAB 1 locations for all sittings permanently.
The UK pathway used to be the affordable, accessible dream compared to the heavy financial burden of the USMLE. Not anymore. This single move changes everything for thousands of medics currently studying for the IELTS, OET, or PLAB.
What is your next move now?
Are you still pushing for the UK, or is it time to pivot to the USMLE, Australia, or another pathway entirely?
Drop your thoughts below and let’s talk. 👇
