We made a Telugu classic for brunch, Pesarattu & allam pacchadi. Pesarattu -whole mung bean, soaked overnight, ground to paste, & poured as pancakes that are roasted in ghee. Allam pacchadi - ginger, garlic, red chillies, tamarind, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, salt, & jaggery.
