I purchased a washing machine in October 2021(3 year brand warranty) along with a one-year extended warranty from Acko. Recently, I attempted to claim the warranty due to an issue with the product.

. Despite having valid documentation showing that the product is covered under the Acko warranty, I was told that the product is out of warranty.
To make matters worse, I was given an incorrect contact number for the seller (Cloudtail – 8045551000), which doesn't work.

It’s unacceptable that I’m being asked to chase down a third-party seller to resolve a warranty issue.
Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience with both the warranty provider and customer service.

However, after Acko conducted their inspection, I was informed that the serial number on the product does not match the one on the invoice.
I’ve contacted customer support three times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I’ve received inconsistent and unhelpful responses

1. "Proposed" date of choice locking of round 1 NEET SS counselling
2.Still no notice on when is the counselling supposed to resume
3.Thousands of unemployed doctors waiting for MCC/SC directions for counselling to resume

@Abhaya_sharma98 I think its a 2 way street. You estab. A good rapport with them, and eventually they turn out as good as you are to them.
Worked in central govt. Hospital and had an excellent rapport with nursing staff.
Tip- Call them by their 'Name' f/b masterji/sisterji.

NEET SS results declared on 15th september. Registrations for counselling started on 22nd november and MCC deposited 2Lakh registration fees from all yhe candidates.
Madras high court has now delayed the process by 10 days in view of 50% inservice quota seats in TN.

Give us a date of commencement? Just dont hang thousands of post MD/MS doctors on the string of time and patience.
Its a humble request to the authorities to expedite the process!
