@LyndaEvansurq @TheOfficerTatum I worked for FedEx and drivers can report aggressive dogs or unsafe delivery conditions and stop deliveries to locations. Have done it. If the recipients want their package they can pick it up at the warehouse or see if another carrier will deliver, otherwise it’s RTS.
