@JoshPateCFB based off a pool media rights deal. You break the top 80 schools into 10 conferences that are equally weighted and regionally distributed. No SEC or Big 10 with top teams(historically). Each conference gets an automatic bid and then the next best 6. 20% of teams make it.

In honor of my 22nd fall camp I ran 16 110s today. I hit all my times for the 22nd straight year. I know 110s get a lot of hate but if a 40 something can make the times it is not a hard test. Not the best but not "hard". My hot take!

@JoshPateCFB Thoughts on home playoff games beyond the first round. Maybe even only semi finals and/or championship games on neutral (bowl) sites. FCS only plays their championship at a neutral site. Easley, SC

@JoshPateCFB As a conference commission would it be wise to selectively schedule so that you have more teams that could go 10-2 then 9-3 or 8-4. Have the "blue bloods" play weaker schedules?

@LateKickJosh Do you think media companies would be willing to have less ad time in game (reduce the TV timeout length/eliminate) to shorten the games time so we can have noon, 3, 6 and 9 ET start times or maybe even 12, 2:30, 5 and 7:30 times. More games more views.
