@etihad I had a long chat again with my bank. They said, apparently Etihad told them that I never tried to cancel these two tickets and that the flight took off. So charges are valid. @jpmorgan @Chase Bank said they can't do anything. This is simply outrageous. Etihad simply took away my money. In fact, I was OK to fly but Etihad never sent me the ticketed details for me to fly. This is why I flew by Cathay Pacific. I have proof for all this. I am going to go with legal path to sue Etihad
